[ It is a relatively quiet day in the apartment of one Saga Laskaris- unless you were to wander into the kitchen. Then you would find all manner of things happening, dishes heaped up everywhere, and some very tantalizing smells coming from the sizzling skillets on the stove top. In the middle of it is Alabaster, in a simple t-shirt and jeans (and no shoes. Just socks), bustling back and forth, metallic arms zipping everywhere. ]

[ two days later, Saga is still in bed-- but mostly because of a bad cold she's getting over. At least she's awake and-- chatting with the ghost cat. ]

I'm glad they're only showing up about once a month now. Remember the time we had two in a week?

[ after a lovely week with family members and no runes, Saga's back in Massachusetts and spending the rare day at the museum to finish up some work. But that's just been completed, so now she's heading back to the apartment yay \o/ ]

[ the fun part about waking up with rune pain is that at least you aren't collapsing at the table. And that's something Saga's grateful for, even if she's more focused on running through town right now. And noticing something... very odd.

... Namely that people seem to be in pairs, and more than half of them are being... very affectionate. ]

[ the next day dawns bright and-- still freezing, but a rune has been conquered, and one quarter-goddess is miraculously... still conscious.

Horribly embarrassed and horribly in pain while she's propped herself up against the front door, but still very much conscious! ]
