[ It is a relatively quiet day in the apartment of one Saga Laskaris- unless you were to wander into the kitchen. Then you would find all manner of things happening, dishes heaped up everywhere, and some very tantalizing smells coming from the sizzling skillets on the stove top. In the middle of it is Alabaster, in a simple t-shirt and jeans (and no shoes. Just socks), bustling back and forth, metallic arms zipping everywhere. ]

[ she'll try to get another reaction like that, and it doesn't help that she's still genuinely fascinated with his arms ]

I've seen them so many times now, and they're still so beautiful...

[ a few of the mechanical limbs unfold from their places against his arms. Their movements are slow and deliberately gentle as the metal fingers make contact with her skin- trailing along her own arms, brushing her cheek. For his own part, Alabaster's eyes drift closed, reveling in the sensations ]

[ Saga blinks, a little startled at first when the arms unfold, but there's such a gentleness in the touch that she's almost immediately relaxing and leaning against him. All the time, she's watching Alabaster's face as her fingers trail and caress almost automatically. It's rare to see him like this, but she can't look away from him now. ]

[ He sits like that for a moment, just lost in the feeling of skin on steel, but eventually he shifts a little, leaning back in to kiss her again ]

[ she meets him halfway, a little more heated this time-- and really, they've got to resolve this issue of not being close enough ]

[ well, he doesn't want to hurt her, so his wayward limbs are folding up again-- and he's going to haul her into his lap ]

[ she... definitely did not expect that, but she also doesn't have a problem with it. In fact, she'll wriggle juuuuust a little to settle in ]

[ and there it is again- but he's cutting in short by pulling her in for a rather fierce kiss ]

[ that might have been a desperately stifled moan on her end, but that kiss is being returned with just as much passion ]

[ oh, he wants to hear her do that again- here have some tongue ]

[ the moan is a little louder now-- which in turn is surprising her so much that she's nearly falling off his lap ]

[ ...only Saga could manage to do that. But he's quick to catch her- and yeah, he might be chuckling a little ] Careful.

[ it's part of her charm, shut up. And she's just trying not to turn red. ] You're dangerous.

My apologies. [ He gives her a smile- a remarkably affectionate one- and eases her back onto the couch ]

[ her sulky expression is melting away almost immediately at the smile and she's returning it, reaching up to touch his cheek with genuine fondness ] You're also worth it.

[ for that, she gets another kiss- this one slower, deeper ]

[ he's getting rather good at this. She runs a finger along his jawline, closing her eyes to focus more on the kiss. This is the rune at work, and she knows it, but she can't entirely say this is against her will. ]

[ he's always been something of a fast learner. He leans over her, pressing against her as much as he dares ]

[ there's an approving noise from her, and she'll wrap her arms around his neck to pull him down further, pulling back just enough to whisper ]

Saga, I'm steel-plated. I'm heavier than you'd expect. [ so he's still being careful, but the extra contact is not unwelcome ]

[ raising an eyebrow, tugging his shirt collar down a bit to kiss his collarbone ] Yes, well. I'd take a steel-plated man over getting full-on tackled by an angry bull any day.
