For any and all things for this duo, Naga help them.
I WILL MAKE THIS LOOK PRETTY LATER.

As written on the tin, this is for voice-testing Fuuka Yamagishi from Persona 3. Hit me up with any ideas, or just drop a comment and I'll come up with something. For inspiration:

HAVE AT, FOOLS.

1.) random scenario, take your pick!
2.) extreme fluff, for all of your marshmallow-y needs.
3.) The arcana are the means by which all is revealed-- or not, so wild card it up or just leave a blank comment with who you want in the subject and I'll work out something.

[ It's been some time. Longer than she thought, but at the same time, when she looked back at the world and saw no large gaps of nothingness, no bodies singed in the streets, no demons demanding her life-- it sometimes felt like it hadn't happened at all.
But it's times like these, when she's heading back to her apartment from a late class at the university where she now taught with Fumi, that Otome lets her thoughts drift. How was Stahn doing? Was he still locked in a battle for the safety of his world?
... And Karl. More than anything, she wonders-- had he been all right? She doubts someone with his stubbornness would just succumb to his wounds, as bad as they had been, but with each day that passes, the more time she spends glancing down at the orb he left with her.
Just how long would it take until she saw him again? ]
Really... he knows just how to keep a lady waiting...

And that is precisely why on this fine day that Yang and Ruby are once again out on their young trainer journey, Yang is...

Ruuuuuubyyyy, did you scare Tyrogue off again??
[ How is he going to be a mighty champion if literally anyone and everything spooks him, we just don't know-- ]

[ It's not hard to forget that he's technically here on business-- for a good couple of years, but all the same, Obi (despite appearances) does take his jobs very seriously. The young miss would be safe under his watchful eye - this time, and he thinks he'll always remember the singular time that she wasn't - and at the end of that time, he'll happily whisk her back into Zen's arms.
And maybe see if Kiki and Mitsuhide were dating yet, but without his help and interference, he highly doubts it.
It's a cold day as usual, however, and while Shirayuki is no doubt doing Pharmacy Things, Obi is...
Making snowmen??
Odd, that one sort of looks like Zen, though-- ]

[ Overwatch's ranks aren't quite what they used to be. With that being the case, there aren't exactly a whole lot of people they can send to check things out when something weird happens. As one of the few black ops guys who stuck around, McCree winds up being that guy a lot.
This latest mission takes him to the Pacific Northwest, which isn't McCree's favorite spot in the world considering he is very much a creature of the desert, but it could be worse. He's been tasked with checking out an old warehouse on the waterfront after some kind of anomaly. He's not too sure on the details, but Winston had spouted a lot of technobabble- dimensional distortion, multimodal reflection sorting, blah blah science- and McCree basically came away from the briefing retaining "go in there and see if you find anything". He could do that, at least.
He lets himself into the place via a second-story window, and eases onto the catwalk that encircles the perimeter of the inside of the warehouse. The place is nearly empty, aside from a few stacks of forgotten crates, and copious amounts of dust and cobwebs. It's edging up on dusk, so it's getting difficult to see, but McCree would rather play it safe than just shining a flashlight around willy-nilly. He slinks around on the catwalk, trying to use the quickly fading daylight to spot any sign of movement below. ]

[ Lindsey was… learning. Coming to terms with the fact that it was his own bitterness that was blocking off his magic was an uphill battle, but he was getting better. More often than not these days, his magic came when he called instead of only manifesting to protect Lindsey’s own life, and the more he used his magic to help others the easier it became to be at peace with his situation.
It was a definite cycle, but Lindsey was finding his rhythm.
The fact that he was somewhat more in-tune with his powers was probably what allowed him to feel the strange shift in reality, like cold fingers running down his spine. The sensation made him jerk upright, wide awake at three in the goddamn morning. Against his better judgment, he tossed and turned for a little while, hoping that if he ignored it, the cold and extremely unsettling sensation would go away.
It did not, in fact, go away.
With a loud groan and a few choice words for the universe, Lindsey hauled himself out of bed and got dressed to follow the pull of whatever force that was guiding him to whatever the hell weird thing had presumably crash-landed in this reality.
The fact that it was dark outside hardly bothered him, but the fact that it was a little chilly definitely did. He was just lamenting not grabbing a jacket as he approached the park where his magic was leading him.
He’s only gotten like an hour of sleep. This better be worth it. ]

Two worlds, one family--
Dec. 14th, 2015 09:45 pm![[personal profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/silk/identity/user.png)
[ It's strange to be in a world with not one set of memories from another world-- not two, but three, not that Otome can really discuss this with anyone. It's difficult enough, when she wakes up these days, and can't remember if she's in her own home, or her apartment. If she needs to call Fumi to check on preparations for the day, or...
But no. This is her world. And not a school day, so she's stuck trying to focus not on what she's missing or what she's lost, but on what lies ahead.
What that actually is, she doesn't know, but she's out and about today, and there's a strong breeze. Maybe today will be a good day for clearing her thoughts. ]

[ Noire... might be a bit grumpy, today-- not quite screeching her ire to the heavens (yet), but not in the best of moods, either. Recovering from Haven meant multiple things... waking up in a cold sweat from a nightmare where the content had increased in variety, having to force herself to eat more to make up for all the weight she'd lost, taking longer to recover from battles... some scars still remained, refusing to let her forget.
But there was also Morgan, the Morgan she'd sworn herself to, and that never fails to make the dreary bits better. She could do with that reminder right now, though, as she sits and works furiously at sharpening yet another arrow. It's tedious work and she's starting to get a headache, but it's something that has to be done. Even if she had slept poorly. ]

[ Being pulled from Haven is sudden, shocking, not at all like waking up there had been. Being sat down and told that her world was destroyed, that what she had fought so hard to protect was gone-- there had admittedly been some Blood and Thunder involved.
Now, half-blinded in the sudden light of what they called the gardens, Noire takes a few cautious steps forward.
And the sight of greenery is enough to make her eyes well up. ]

[ Say'ri hadn't expected to be told to go to the medical tent, moments after wiping Risen gore from her blade - yet another Chon'sin tradition, she'd told Chrom, leave no remnants of the dead upon your weapon - and it was only due to the urgency of the summons that she'd obeyed immediately. She was a princess, yes, of a country she could no longer return to, for the time being. But she could take commands without fuss, and the implications of her destination concerned her.
... For good reason, because when she enters the tent, she sees the daughter she has yet to give birth to, bleeding from the head. ]
Morgan! What has harmed you??

[ She's never really forgotten, even as she's gazed upon Lucina and known that she's only ever had one sibling, and that was Cynthia. There's always been someone else with blue hair, someone incredibly important, and that was why Noire was one of the few who didn't turn to romance amongst her friends. There was someone else, and he wasn't there. She has to resign herself to this, and accept it. Her best friend understood. The war is over, Robin had returned to them, and that's more of a miracle than she could have ever expected. Asking for anything else...
But then it happens. Inexplicably, without warning, she finds herself in the Outrealms, called by Naga herself. Another realm needs assistance, more than just one army can provide, and she's not offered much more explanation than that before she and the others are thrown into the fray again.
Dusk has already fallen, and the rain isn't making a battle any easier, her allies (current and new) hard to pick out, but for the most part, it's an age-old struggle-- something Noire's experienced since she was old enough to remember it. Arrow after arrow, duck and skid, call out every so often so your comrades knew your position and that you were still alive. It's grueling, yes, but the amount of oddly intelligent and resilient Risen are starting to taper off by the time she pauses to catch her breath-- and freezes when she spots movement out of her eye, a sniper taking aim at a rain-blurred figure.
She thinks she might have shouted something maniacal and threatening, drowned out by the rage of battle, but her arrow slams into the ribcage, and the Risen falls.
Noire's sigh of relief is quiet, as she slowly lowers her bow. ]
S-somehow... made it... thank goodness.
