[ It is a relatively quiet day in the apartment of one Saga Laskaris- unless you were to wander into the kitchen. Then you would find all manner of things happening, dishes heaped up everywhere, and some very tantalizing smells coming from the sizzling skillets on the stove top. In the middle of it is Alabaster, in a simple t-shirt and jeans (and no shoes. Just socks), bustling back and forth, metallic arms zipping everywhere. ]

It... feels like it's dormant, but-- [ oh no wait, there is some sharp kind of tingle and she's jerking back ] ... Physical contact?!

... [ drawing in a shaky breath ] How do you feel now?

[ there's a bit of a pause before he answers ] ... Different. I'd guess it's not dormant anymore.

[ she's laughing weakly and shaking her head (because she'd probably cry otherwise) ] No, it's definitely not dormant right now.

... I suppose I should apologize. [ even though he says it as he's reaching to run his fingers through her hair ]

... No. [ and again, there's that slight intake of breath, and her fingers are gently making contact with his cheek ] I was the one who... dragged you into this.

[ somewhere in the back of his mind he knows that this is going to be horribly awkward for the both of them when it's over, but he's leaning in regardless ] I chose to come along... I shouldn't have...

[ it's very nice-- and would be nicer if you were either shorter or she was taller, since she kind of has to go on her toes a bit. ]
