We’ve exchanged like ten words, but I feel pretty confident in saying you’re one weird kid.

[ Her attitude does certainly strike him as bizarre, but he’d rather have a psychic with him than against him. He tilts his head at the unconscious man. ]

Need a hand hiding him?

Well, we should find a place first, but I can carry him!

[ Child, that is not something you just admit to…… Yeah, he’s not gonna touch on that again. ]

Just pick a corner where he’s not gonna get stepped on. I can do the rest.

Oh, well... I meant, I can actually carry him.

[And the man, still sleeping and tied to the chair is lifted up, hovering a few inches off of the ground, chair and all.]

Yeah, I get that. The psychic thing has pretty much been established.

[ He motions to the guy in the chair, not really indicating the fact that he’s floating, but the fact that he’s still dead to the world. ]

I can make him invisible, so just find somewhere to put him for now.

[emotive]

[A beat.]

Can I see you turn him invisible when we hide him? I don't get to see magic often, believe it or not!

[god she is a goddamn kid]

[ He gives her a look that asks, “Are you for real?” but ultimately he heaves a resigned-sounding sigh ].

Fine, whatever. Just move him.

[emotive]

Gotcha!

[And so now we have a thief, a childish psychic, and a floating sleeping man which she proceeds to move outside in the back after opening the back door. There's a tool shed that's open and she gently places him on the floor after moving other objects out of the way.]
