I wish for long, lingering glances--

[ Noire... might be a bit grumpy, today-- not quite screeching her ire to the heavens (yet), but not in the best of moods, either. Recovering from Haven meant multiple things... waking up in a cold sweat from a nightmare where the content had increased in variety, having to force herself to eat more to make up for all the weight she'd lost, taking longer to recover from battles... some scars still remained, refusing to let her forget.

But there was also Morgan, the Morgan she'd sworn herself to, and that never fails to make the dreary bits better. She could do with that reminder right now, though, as she sits and works furiously at sharpening yet another arrow. It's tedious work and she's starting to get a headache, but it's something that has to be done. Even if she had slept poorly. ]

[ He ducks his head into the crook of her neck, gently nuzzling. Someday he'll go five minutes without trying to cuddle her. ]

Flowers that only bloom once a month are that much prettier when they do, don't you think?
