[ Nyx Assassin takes great pride in his ability to cause terror. He's not a very nice person, but then again, he IS a monstrous, magically stealthy scarab whose sole purpose in life is to assassinate whoever his queen-goddess tells him to, and he's hard-wired to enjoy it. ]

[ 'Course, being stuck in Haven doesn't give him many opportunities to practice his craft. Even worse, Haven is small; most people here are familiar enough with him to know that he won't kill them without cause (or at all, since they need all the help they can get to escape). So there goes the fear. Nyx Assassin's had to find other ways to entertain himself, and to keep his skills from rusting. ]
