[ I've gotten room service before? is the obvious end of that sentence, but it's halfway through that he remembers that right now he's dressed rather impeccably like a man with money, and-- ]

Yeah. The answer to that question is "yes you do". But I won't pry- I'm only interested in seeing that suit on my floor later.

[ you know, he could really, really get used to this whole ladies being really forward with him thing that seems to be happening a lot, lately.

Wow. Someone's in a hurry all of a sudden.

[ as if she doesn't know why ]

Oh--sorry. Did you wanna take the scenic route? 'Cause there's, like, a tiny park or somethin' around that corner there--

[ All of this said very facetiously, of course, because no let's just get to the hotel and do the thing. ]

[ She just smirks, and picks up the pace, pulling him along ]

Come on, you.

[ And when they make it to the hotel, they get about as far as the elevator before she starts kissing him again ]

[ Yes, nice. Elevator kissing is totally a thing he's always wanted to do and he really hopes her room is like, way up there and that the elevator takes forever to go up, because this is awesome. His hands find her shoulders before they trail down her arms and eventually rest on her waist as he kisses her back. ]

[ Wishes do come true, Eggsy, because her room is on the topmost floor, and the elevator stops once or twice on the way up, but when whoever it is spots them making out in the corner, they let the elevator pass on by. Yeah. They'll catch the next one.

She's got her arms around his neck, one leg slooooowly trailing up to hook over his hip, when the elevator finally reaches its destination. As tempting as it is to just stay right where they are, her cousin would probably kill her if she fucked some random guy in the elevator, so she breaks away and drags him out into the hall a scant second before the elevator doors close.

Her room is at the end of the hall, and it may as well be an apartment, what with the way it's furnished. It's even got a kitchenette. ] Mm so. This is it.

[ this is fucking awesome, and really he just--goes with all of it, because this is fucking awesome. He casts the poor bystanders a Look whenever the elevator stops as he continues to kiss Lys, as though to tell them "Sorry, mate. Better catch the next lift up."

And he just continues to enjoy this entire situation until they reach the top floor, and, well, all good things must come to an end, he supposes, especially if to make room for even better things. Honestly, his jaw drops at the sight of the room before he catches himself and his lips purse into a whistle. ]

Very, very nice. Your grandmum must be rich as hell.

[ He might have neglected that detail when she told him because he was too busy being a smart-ass. ]

So... [ And then he shoots her a goofy smile. ] You gonna teach me how to do this room service stuff?

I don't know. Would you prefer drinks before or after the fun?

[ He looks like he gives it some serious thought for a moment, but then-- ]

I like the way you think.

[ She moves to a little end table, on which sits a phone and a menu. She affects the most posh accent she can manage. ] And what would the gentleman care to drink this evening?

[ And he, in turn, does his best gentlemanly bow. ]

I shall defer to the lady's judgment on this.

Well, the gentleman should know that I am the furthest thing from a connoisseur of fine wines, like, ever, but I'll do my best.

And the lady should know that the gentleman doesn't know shit about fine wines, either.

[ He has only recently learned how a martini should be prepared. ]

A dapper fellow like you? I'm so shocked.

Well let me order us some wine and then we can get to the real fun.

[ She picks something random and fancy-sounding from the menu, and dials room service to ask it be delivered to her room. Two glasses, yes. Thank you. ]

[ Eggsy has a mind to shrug off his suit jacket, but then he remembers that he's got two pistols holstered on his shoulders and thinks--shit, is she gonna think this is the sexy kind of dangerous or the scary kind-- so excuse him, Lys, if he sort of misses what she's just said because he has his hands looking like they're paused on the buttons of jacket and a mild look of alarm on his face. ]

[ She hangs up the phone, and is about to say something coy and flirtatious, but the look on his face makes her frown ]

Is something wrong?

[ ... well, it's gonna have to come off eventually anyway, so. he takes off the jacket. ]
