Uh, Fuuka?

[If this is Tartarus, Yukari definitely doesn't want it to change anymore. The scenery is beautiful -- lush trees, green everywhere. And even if she did have to keep fighting Shadows here, she can't see herself minding it too much.

Tartarus has never done this before; but this isn't the first time they've been split up, so she isn't panicking . . . just yet.

This is the first time she's been cut off from her support, though. No response from Fuuka yet, and she's never let them stay in the dark this long.]

Whoa . . .

[-- So where the heck is this??

With her bow in hand and a quiver of arrows on her back, she continues exploring by herself. It doesn't seem that dangerous; there aren't any shadows, but as they've learned in the past, that isn't necessarily a good thing. She keeps a watchful eye out.]

[ it's not a shadow that's greeting Yukari this time. Rather, it's something significantly less blobby and singlemindedly homicidal.

... For now, though the look on Merida's face when she parts a clump of bushes in her hunt for a stray arrow and sees a person instead isn't exactly warm and friendly.

Actually, she shrieks a little and stumbles backwards, reaching for her bow but not actually drawing it yet. ]

It's a little hard to ignore that! She thought she'd heard something in the bushes, but she hadn't thought much of it until she heard a voice. Turning and reaching over her shoulder for an arrow, she faces Merida, just in time to see her fall. She doesn't draw her bow either, but she does gasp, remaining on her guard.

My god, this girl's hair --]

H- Hey! Who are you?

[Sounding a bit defensive. Yeah, she's quickly realizing that wherever this is, it definitely isn't that creepy tower she's grown to hate.]

[ one eyebrow goes up, half-offended that out of the two of them, the girl who's more obviously out of place here is the one acting like Merida's the oddity.

That neither of them are actually firing is a promising sign, though. ]

Merida. Y'mind answerin' the same question?

[Not that Merida would believe it, but she didn't actually mean to come off that way. Even if Yukari is the oddity here -- she wanted an answer. And she got it, but of course, she'll definitely want more.

Before that though, she'll answer Merida. She doesn't see any reason why she shouldn't, if it'll speed things along.]

. . . Yukari.

[The defensive tone quickly fades, and she leaves her arrows in her quiver. Her hand falls back down to her side, as does her bow. It slowly dawns on her that, not only is this not Tartarus, but she should actually be glad she found anyone at all. Shouldn't she?]

I take it you weren't expecting visitors.

[Her tone is dry and a bit sarcastic as she continues looking around; and her voice trails off slightly.]
