Maker's breath... do Wardens tend to have this much excitement when traveling from place to place? I've heard the Deep Roads were Darkspawn hives more or less, but to actually be in the Deep Roads is a lot more overwhelming in person than to hear about it from books and stories.

[Well, that wave looks like its the last one for now, so he's going to be placing his bow away for now. And wow, he still can't really comprehend on how dwarves can live underground-- and even harder to comprehend if someone like Varric is doing the living part.]
If I may ask, what business does the Wardens have coming down to this part of the Roads? Not that I ever mind giving a helping hand in clearing out Darkspawn and the like, but there is something here that you are looking for, correct?

This is the furthest into the Deep Roads anyone has ever been. Is there a reason it shouldn't warrant our attention?
