[ Welcome to generic town B, where resident wizard Warren West has one of his many... "safe houses", if you will. Hey, when you're a destructive wizard with ties to the mob, you make sure you have places to go when you need to get out of town.

But that's not why Warren is here. He's here investigating... an anomaly of sorts. A flux in the magical spectrum. A tear in reality. Someone swears they saw a winged creature or two just... appear out of nowhere, and then vanish, just as quickly.

Whatever's going on, there's a lot of power involved, and power is Warren's game, which is why he can be found in the local graveyard- the source of whatever's going on- poking around. ]

[ Can you dodge a gravestone being lobbed in your direction?

I hope you can. ]

[ Her eyes' on the prize-- which means these lovely angels. Kicking them into one another, swinging them around-- she only just notices there's another man at the scene.

Drawing a ring from the invisible Purgatorio to the real world, she steps into sight. ]

My, my, is this a little out of your league or am I meeting a newcomer?

You really aught to learn to be more flexible.

[ For instance, she'll be bending backwards as another comes sailing by, kicked up by an Angel. ]

In this line of work, it really brings home the money. [ A backflip, and kicking a shot from the gun on her boot towards that particular angel, before flipping upright once more. ]

That's a pity, it might get you out of here alive. [ She said, pistol-whipping something that wasn't quite visible. ]

So you do know something! Here's a little hint. If you can't see them, watch the ground. They're not flying at the moment, so-- [ A very strong kick-- where the angel lands, it leaves an indentation in the ground of its outline. ] Their footprints are rather telling.
