[ He leans into that, engine kicking on with a purr ]

[He needs you - more than he could put into words. There's been too much hurt, without you, it might not have started healing.]

[ He moves a hand to Ironhide's chest, and begins gently tracing the scars there ]

[ All of these feelings are almost overwhelming, but he returns each and every one. He needs you, too. ]

[ It is sort of a jumbled mess, but they're thinking the same thing anyway, so no, it really doesn't matter. ]

[ It doesn't take long for him to drift off. ]

[Strangely enough, Jazz's unconsciousness starts tugging him down too. He's not far behind, but doesn't let go of the other.

He won't, until he wakes up.]

[ It's likely he won't wake up until Ironhide does, anyway. ]

[Does that mean we get to sleep for two whole days?]

[ Don't you have classes or whatever to run? ]

[... Yes. Curse you and your logic. Fine. Just an entire night of recharge, then.]

[ Though... part of him wants to suggest you cancel classes until they get used to... this. But he's hesitant to bring it up. ]

[Well, this is your chance. His internal clock is pinging him up at Oh-All-Spark-O'clock for the first of those classes.]

[ He blinks groggily a couple of times ]

Ironhide-? [ Do you really have to go? ]

[And then it sort of hits him. He stares blankly for a second... all that was real.]

... Yeah. If... I do not go... they will ask questions.

[ Yes. It's real. And he can't help but snuggle a little closer at the thought ]

Still... you might wanna consider canceling. You know, until we... adjust.

[As much as he wants to keep holding onto you like this, he has to go.]

... If Optimus asks, I have to tell him. Them. Either of them. And... I do not... want to.

[ He cycles his intakes in a sigh. He's being selfish, and he knows it. ]

Just... be careful, okay?

[It's all right. It doesn't bother him. - He leans forward a bit, resting his forehead against yours.]

Training will not harm me.

I know. I just... [ He's not sure how this works exactly, and what might happen, and it scares him a little. ]

[He doesn't move. But there's a sudden, deep reassurance. He will not leave you. Whatever happens.]
