[ So, what to you do when it's a slow day and you have nothing better to do?

Kidnap a dog (said dog belonging to someone who may or may not be your boyfriend) and build a pillow fort, of course. (Why the dog? Well, because your killer robot is too big, of course. That, and the guy who may or may not be your boyfriend is busy doing important pilot-y stuff or something.)
