[it's pouring, a sudden deluge that wasn't exactly accurately predicted by the weatherman, which has left many out and about without their umbrellas. this includes a weird looking girl dressed in pink and purple, looking like she just came from an anime convention or something. how strange!!]

[she's soaked to the bone, ducking underneath the same awning Fuuka is using for shelter, groaning as she flicks water from her fingertips]

[. . .]

[and then she takes off her floppy hat and FLAPS IT AROUND WILDLY, which totally sprays water all over the place, I'm sorry Fuuka you're probably getting a face full of water]

Oh dear. I don't think "dripping wet" is a good look for anyone.

[ If she didn't know any better, Fuuka might actually think that this oddly-dressed girl either came from a convention or was somehow someone's Persona walking around and griping about the weather.

Understandably so, but she can't prevent a sympathetic grimace even as she does indeed get more water to the face. ]

I'd say so! Didn't the man who predicts the weather say it would be sunny skies from the afternoon forward? How dare he give us bad advice! I call for his complete and immediate resignation!!
