Both whips shot out, and Breakneck lifted a servo to protect his face, but that seemed to be just fine with Jolt. The whips caught the larger Decepticon by the arm (his little buddy had yet to make a reappearance from the rubble), and Jolt pulled them tight.
The Autobot merely shot the Decepticon a surprisingly vehement glare before electricity shot down the whips, flaring around Breakneck with a shower of sparks and a roar of pain.
