[ In a sense, Chirithy reminds her of Teddie-- soft, weirdly adorable, a thing that probably shouldn't be talking by the standards of reality. But also, the little plush thing reminds her of the fox at the shrine, an actual animal that was so strangely intelligent and had managed to follow them into the TV world and really only deigned to allow affection when it felt like it.
Inwardly, she vows, that before she finds a way home and returns to her friends and her grandmother, she's going to befriend the hell out of this stuffed cat.
Until then, Rise's still stuck wondering what even happened here, but if Ven's not offering an explanation, she's not going to pry one out of him just yet. She settles for smiling in acknowledgment and nodding quickly. ]
