When she stepped into the main area, Duff was the first to greet her with a happy meow, wrapping around her ankles and nearly spilling her onto her face. Saga miraculously managed to keep herself upright, approaching the couch with quiet footsteps and raising her eyebrows when she saw just what Alabaster had been reading before he'd dozed off.

So he got interested after a tussle with that boar, then... Her amusement faded to concern, and some guilt, when her gaze wandered to take in his newest scar.
